How to Play

Each player leans forward placing his hands on his ankles in leapfrog position. Spread the files sufficiently. At the signal, the rear player of each team vaults over all the players in turn until he reaches the head of the line; and runs to the turning line and returns. He then runs to the rear, takes his original place and touches the player in front of him. Continue until all have run.
